Our mission was to establish a sleek, responsive digital presence for the brand, featuring a seamless e-commerce experience powered by Salesforce. The project began with extensive research to ensure our design team had a profound empathy and comprehension of all user needs.
At every touchpoint, I aimed to captivate visitors and forge an emotional bond with the brand. Throughout the process, we identified and addressed numerous user experience challenges, resulting in significant enhancements. Ultimately, the revamped Bellhelmets.com has been a resounding success, positively influencing all key performance metrics.
Mobile-First Design
With over 50% of the traffic to the website coming from mobile devices, it was imperative we considered the UI / UX through that lens. When prototyping and prioritizing design for mobile, the team ensured that the key elements of the website are prominently accessible for anyone using those screens.
Strategic Video Integration for Enhanced Emotional Engagement and Performance
Throughout the redesign, we deliberately sought ways to embed video content strategically, with the goal of enhancing the brand’s emotional appeal. We understood the importance of preserving website performance, ensuring that video integration would not negatively impact the user experience.
